In the unlikely event that you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Returns Policy is outlined below.

1. Return Period

We accept returns if you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be returned with its original packaging.
  • Be defective or damaged. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged through incorrect use or natural wear and tear.

3. Return Process

To return your product, you should first contact our Customer Service team at contact@naturahistoria.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your item back without first contacting us.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
